Performance
The continuous improvement of Posillico safety performance is evidenced by the company's RIR for the last 2 years.
Our OSHA recordable incident rate has dropped, while our employee hours have increased; the current RIR is 80% lower than the industry average. Active participation from all employees in health and safety programs and policy is essential in the success of safe performance.

Light Duty/Return to Work
Poor reintegration of employees after an extended injury is problematic to the employee and the company. It often leads to further complications and delay in our employee’s returning to full duty. Posillico works closely with its insurance carrier and physicians in identifying the best and most effective approach in returning employees back to full capacity.
